“Loved the waterpark. Sun beds on the beach a perfect base and rides fab. BUT lengthy queues in the heat to get in despite prepaid tickets were disappointing. No help with lockers or cleaner in the toilets/locker rooms. Thought wild wadi was better organised and staffed. Long queue and not many tills open in the restaurant - just to get drink filled.”

“Purchased 2 adult tickets with lost chambers added in, plenty of beds & shade available , but have to say the selection of rides available was poor good job I never took my kids with me as they would have been quickly bored. They need to take some tips from the far superior water parks in Florida, like having foot sprays onto boiling hot paths , if you don't have flip flops on when walking on paths you will burn your feet. Never seen any water fountains so be prepared to pay big bucks for you drinks if you don't take your own, went to 3 shops to try and get some ice and staff did not look as if they were enjoying their jobs at all again take tips from the Florida way to give customers a good experience as this is not a cheap day out. Lost chambers was a waste of time for the money , if you visit the Dubai Mall you can see the huge aquarium for free that is just as good in my opinion. I wouldn't return again if visiting Dubai in the future.”

“We had an amazing day. Didn't have to wait too long to get on slides as we arrived early and did all the big ones first. The voucher arrived by email which was great so you can print immediately and the price was very good.”

“A brilliant day once we got through the very long queues to process our e-tickets and issues with locker pass not working, resulting in 2 trips back to queueing at the counters. The park is huge we didn't have enough time to see it all in one day, there is so much to do and so much fun to be had for kids and adults alike. Plenty of sun loungers, but you could just spend the whole day on the lazy river. We did tear ourselves away and went on some of the thrill water rides which were amazing. Some had long queues but were worth the wait. We would definitely return but if possible would want to have 2 days here on the next trip.”

“I bought family tickets online in advance But still qued for long. All in all kids loved every bit. The food is so expensive in the park and they don't allow your own drinks or food”

“Even though we had pre paid tickets from attraction tix we had to queue a good half hour to get our wrist bands to get in. If you are travelling by monorail they go only every 20 mins and dump a huge number of people at the entrance at once. Try to get there before the opening at 10. Once in the park is excellent. Best lazy river and lots of shaded walk ways. Hard to get a sun lounger unless you head straight for the beach.”

“We spent an amazing day here as a couple. One of the best waterparks we've ever visited. I'd recommend to anyone. Our ticket included the Lost Chambers which we did on the same day and took about an hour. I wouldn't go all the way back to the Atlantis (we were in the Marina) for the Lost Chambers. Our biggest tip is to make sure you get some of the feet protecting water shoes. It gets sooo hot!”
