“Easy to order tickets online and then very well organised entry at The Palace. Given an easy to use tablet with headphones which gave interesting details about each of the rooms and the information was available in several languages and adult or child friendly format. I bought tickets as a treat for my daughter, 7 year old granddaughter and 4 year old grandson. We all loved our tour of Buckingham Palace and the two children also thought travelling on the underground and a London was great fun!! An excellent day out.”

“Visited with daughter and 8 year old grandson , magnificent to see all the rooms and exhibits and art work . Re lived my experience of being in the Palace when receiving my MBE from Her Majesty. The audio experience in each room was superb and kept the interest of my grandson who loved finding the clues and answers to everything .interesting for adults and children . Food interactive children’s room as well .”

“The downside to the tour is the entrance, you queue for you tickets ok, no one asked for any ID which is alarming, then when time queued for the security check this is the part that was uncomfortable when we were herded like cattle being asked to squash up, the security is a farce, ok they have airport scanners for bags and people but they seem a bit lax especially with the amount of people they are rushing through, people were carrying large bags, backpacks round on top of noone having to show any photo ID? After that though the tour was good you get your own interactive tablet guide and headphones and can walk round at your own pace, plenty to see and the guide has family mode as well, very informative and interesting. Cafe at the end on the part where the Queen's garden parties are held, medium price, cream scone nearly £6 tea and coffee £3+ bit nice, gift shop for fanatics just royal memrobilia, get to see a little bit of garden on way out. Overall a good place to visit, would not be interested in repeating though.”

“Despite my friend and I having a truly wonderful unrushed tour around this beautiful home, we were very disappointed to find that as we had purchased our tickets through your link... we were told that we were UNABLE to take full advantage of the FREE follow up visit to Windsor Castle or indeed a second visit to Buckingham visit, as verbally advertised throughout the tour by several Guides. It wasnt until the walk through the rear of Buckingham Palace to the Exit, that we were told in no uncertain terms upon handling our tickets over, that we were NOT included in the offer. I explained that until we actually heard the Guides repeating the offer, we had not even been aware that there was such an offer, so had been truly looking forward to return and also go to see Windsor on our next trip out. That we had also paid the same amount as those on the door had, so why were we sadly excluded. She just said that it they were not part of their offer and practically shoo'd us on our way out of the Exit. It really marred our otherwise awesome visit. Please can YOU explain why the offer is NOT acceptable by Buckingham Palace whilst buying tickets via your Co..... my friend and I feel sadly so very let down and disappointed. Hence, sadly, I would otherwise recommend this tour to other friends.... but I would have to mention about the UNavailability of taking up on the FREE other offers, thus I would not be surprised if they get their tickets from the front desk or another link... if they decide to go in the future.”

“We went expecting to see the State Rooms and these were very good but the lasting impression will be of the amazing selection of gifts given to the Royals by foreign governments. These were too varied, eclectic, and exquisite to adequately describe. They simply have to be seen to be believed.”
