“Me and my boyfriend travelled down for a day trip out , the weather was beautiful and the park itself was very exciting and fun! All the rides are amazing and there's lots to do, we had queue jumpers so this made it even more special for us as we jumped the queues and avoided the waiting times.”

“As you know it's not a cheap day when you take your family out for the day,, my mistake I paid for extra ticket which when I arrived I thought it would be easily resolved .. Oh no very rude lady at the desk were I collected my tickets not helpful in any way great start too the day went too customer service appalling reception there too .. So I rang your company too which I spoke too a lady who was ever so helpful totally understood why I was upset for paying for a ticket that nobody used outrageous too say both party's said I can't have a refund or another ticket for a different date I will never go back here again”

“Super day out with my son & grandson, great selection of rides for my grandson (3 coming up 4) & my son, weather brilliant which helps, loved the birds of prey display, really helpful for my grandson as they flew and landed next to him, great experience, definitely go again as have done for years”

“Purchased tickets simply, confirmation was sent straight away with attached venue ticket. On arrival though, found venue lost 40% of income from tickets, as I used a third party site. So maybe go direct next time.”

“A really good day out. A nice mix of attractions for the family. The Angry birds playground was great. My 8 year old enjoy the skate carts which my husband remembers doing when he was young. Staff were really helpful and we even had the sunshine. Food was what you expect from a park, take a packed lunch plenty of space to sit down. We went on a quieter day I expect in the holidays the queues will be longer but it still will be a great place to visit. Don't forget about the shopping area just outside. Picked up a couple of t-shirt at a great price.”
