The show is a great spectacle - costumes and sets are fabulous. The champagne was well chilled and delicious. Apart from the bare bosoms of the gorgeous ladies, the show is sort of quaintly old-fashioned - in character with the age of the venue - jugglers, roller-skaters, ventriloquists are not so common nowadays, but still very entertaining. And the late start was OK too - taxi ride across Paris after the show was very efficient! The staff were great too - a printed copy of the reservation is essential, not just an electronic one on your mobile - but they made it for me (We were early for the show!)

The show was fantastic. The service was poor, and prices were too high. Asked 5 times for a bottle of water - but no show - however the €70 of wine appeared very quickly. The food was good but very expensive. I would go for the show only option only and have the meal at one of the many good local restaurants. Drink prices are ridiculously expensive - cheapest wine is €70 and Champagne is €90 - so buy the show and champagne & ticket deal if you want a drink. I would recommend the show - brilliant costumes, music cast and performance.

The show was stunning with a polished performance by a beautiful cast. I would recommend this event to anyone visiting Paris.

We bought tickets as a surprise for my sister's 30th birthday. She had a day full of surprises - first her boyfriend took her on a surprise city break with Paris as the first stop, then my husband and I met them at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower which was a huge surprise, then we presented her with the tickets for the Moulin Rouge that evening. She was pretty overwhelmed and really excited getting ready. We decided to do the 3-course meal and show as couldn't get a booking for the 9pm show on it's own and the 11pm show would have been too late as we'd all been up since 4am. We arrived outside the Moulin Rouge at 6.30pm and were some of the first people in the queue which was good as it was raining. After a short while a couple of coach loads of people turned up so we were pleased we had arrived there early. We then presented our tickets and got shown to our seats. We had opted for the cheapest of the 3-course meals so weren't right at the front but were on a raised level so had an excellent view. The waiters wanted us to select our champagne and food choices as quickly as possible and once we did it all arrived very quickly. The food was delicious so we picked a good menu. I noticed on other tables that people with the more exspensive menu had left half their meal so not sure whether they didn't like the food. The champagne lasted us until the show started promptly at 9pm and we then ordered bottles of water. We had to ask 3 or 4 times each time we wanted a bottle of water but managed to get 3 in total. None of us were up for heavy drinking as it was pretty warm in there and we were all quite tired after being up so early. At the end we weren't presented with a bill for the 3 bottles of water which explains why they were hesitant and took their time serving them! The show was amazing and we enjoyed the whole thing. The performers were all attractive and enjoyable to look at and the dancing was fun and well choreographed. The colours of the costumes and the stage sets were just spectacular! We enjoyed the whole evening and will definitely recommend it to friends. It is expensive but well-worth the money :)

They do three shows a night, its all to informal you dont get to take in the atmosphere of the building and as soon as your in sat down the shows over and your back out not what we expected. theres no real dancing they just tend to walk around, the girls are quite clearly the dancers as the guys were rubbish all to wooden. Overall disappointed

Bought tickets through this site and no problems with the service. The caberet at the Moulin Rouge is definitely worthwhile, but the 'cattle-herding' approach to seating and the service of the food and wine leaves a lot to be desired. Courses out of sequence, steak cold (sent back, only to receive a 'bleu', not medium rare. Had to ask for the wine to be served. Dress standards are not as described - we 'dressed-up' but many people wore jeans and when a coach of chinese tourists arrived they were allowed in with jeans, trainers, sportsware etc. If you have a dress code - enforce it!
