“No problem with the tickets we purchased and all went smoothly at the tower. However, the viewing platform is well below the top of the building. Of more concern is that they wanted an extra 400D per person to go higher. We refused!”

“We went as a couple. Bought tickets on attractiontix and entry was seamless and much cheaper than buying on the door. We went in the evening which was nice but perhaps during the day would have been easier to tell what we were looking at. Lift is so quick and probably worth the entry fee alone. Advice: Make sure you tell the taxi driver you are going to At the Top, as we asked for Burj Khalifa and ended up at the hotel. The entrance to the tour is in the Dubai Mall.”

“I am petrified of heights and lifts so not obviously the best of choices but i loved it! The lift is the smoothest ride , didn't even realise we had started to go up till we had reached floor 70. The building feels so solid and secure that even i was standing at the glass. Book tickets ahead as this does save disappointment or long queues .”
