“Hi we bought the tickets for me and my family and they gave us time between 7 and 12 as I went to the counter the man says that your time was 7.30 to go up but I said I did not fix anytime of booking thinking I can go anytime between 7 and 12 then after a little argument they rang their manager and the manager said let them go if I did not make a big fuss about it we would have lost all our money but other than that It was good?”

“Bought the tickets well in advance as I know on the day it's expensive from previous experience. Turned up with the vouchers to be given a time slot of 2 hours later which is fine as you have the whole Dubai Mall to look around. The one thing that I was not made aware of is that these tickets are "to the top" and you can actually go to a higher level, but they wanted the equivalent of around £80 per person (2 adults and 2 kids) in order to "upgrade" us from floor 125 to a higher level. Felt a bit annoyed that this wasn't mentioned when booking, we decided not to pay and *only* go to 125, which is a great view anyway!!”

“It was very busy when I arrived but since I had sky ticket I was taken straight in to a waiting room were I was offered Arabian coffee and sweets while my tickets were validated for me! Well worth the money as as well as skipping the queues you get to visit 3 different floors plus more refreshments at the top!”

“Booked tickets in uk for my daughters birthday for sun set. On arrival tickets were not acknowledged. . Don't want to point blame at this time as still have to contact attractions to sort out. Our biggest high spot ended up a disaster.”
