“The hair band came to myself broken. I called customer service as I needed the product for an event on sat 22nd June, (I also paid extra for next day delivery but that didn’t happen either). Lady was quite rude on the phone and I was told to email a picture of broken item. That was nearly a week ago and I’ve heard nothing back. I ended up supergluing the studs back on. Wouldn’t recommend the company!”
