Dear Bryan, Sorry your cover is not suitable for your needs. Unfortunately we only currently offer waterproof covers, so water will form on the outside of our covers when it rains, sorry. We did state that the cover is waterproof in the product description as it is something that most of our customers request. You could place an object on top of your dining table under the cover to create a slope allowing the water to run off. Dear Glenda, I am sorry that your cover arrived damage and it is not an issue for ourselves to provide you with a new cover. We do require customers to provide an image of the damage as standard practice. This ensures we can verify how the damage was caused such as a manufacturing issue, packing issue or a courier fault. Which enables us to prevent any further issues for future customers and allows us to claim for insurance damage if the need arises.
