“Record in very poor condition, continuous crackling and surface noise. Atlas Records test play and grade all record sales, I can only think that the test play was followed by a wash in gritty water or that the wrong copy was sent £32 for a VG+ if I disc I cherished us OK, but all I’ve got is an album cover and waste plastic. Will I use Atlas records again? No. Will I recommend Atlas Records to my friends? Hell no. I did contact Atlas Records (six days ago) but they have not responded.”

We were so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order, but we're glad to have now been in touch and look forward to receiving the record back so that we can issue you a full refund. Once it arrives back with us, we'll also review the condition as a team so that we can understand what was missed here. As confirmed in our messages, the reason we did not receive your original email is that it was sent to a 'no-reply' email address for our reviews website, rather than to us.
