“I purchased the linear grey door and french door from Aspire. I am disappointed with the locks on the french doors. I just feel as though the locking mechanism is cheap and not of high quality. The original delivery was missing the locking chamber which was then posted at a later date. I have sent images previously about the gap in the chamber. I had liased with Josh who was fantastic initially when placing the order but has failed to reply to my emails since sending the supporting images of the default. I have also realised I have received a feedback survey for the front door and not the french door. Very suspicious.”
