“I ordered 2 lengths of composite edging over the phone was given the price which I thought was reasonable when I got them they were the wrong ones,phoned the company they arranged for a pick up and refund ,when I checked my bank account a refund had been given but was £28 pound short of what I paid, When I phoned the company they told me it was a delivery charge ,I explained that I would have cancelled the order if I knew how much they would charge for the delivery, they said that they had sent a confirmation E mail to me with all the info on that ,I did not receive it as they sent it to someone else ,if I was told on the phone the cost of delivery I would have cancelled my order ,now I have no order and am £28 out of pocket, not a decent company to deal with, will not use them again , their cock up and me out of pocket, They don’t care ,”

“Always a great service. My only negative is their standard delivery charge. It seems very expensive but I do understand over heads. Maybe they could look into better delivery contracts to try curb this a little which in turn would bring more custom. I use them for composit edging however because of the product and delivery charge I am always seeking alternative supplier. Having said that I do reccomend. Can always get someone on the end of the line and they are very helpful.”
