“Initial contact appalling - my request for estimate of delivery time for an off cut was replied with 'with dont do off cuts'. My off cut order was already in my basket ! Once explained to them there was no apology - just 'oh ok'. Ordered on a Thursday and I spent the whole of the next week trying to establish a delivery date. ONLY on the Thurday the following week could they advise when it was being delivered (was going to be on Friday) - had to phone Friday 1st thing to get time estimate but would be early morning. That was wrong too - after multiple calls and he's still '25 minutes away' (11:30 by this time) - driver finally arrived around 12:40pm. Staff were very friendly - but overall result from this company was not brilliant. Grass is fine though .... finally.”
