“We haven't installed the light yet, but it looks promising and the colour looks pretty true to the illustration online. The "bronze" fixtures are also less black than they appear in the photos (a relief), and everything seems present and correct. I had also changed the order before despatch, and that was sorted out very efficiently. The only reason I'm holding back on 5*s is that my husband's response to it was that, for the price, he expected a slightly stronger shade. I'm not sure I agree; it looks reasonably robust to me, though I guess we won't be dropping it to find out!”
