“Arrived, unpacked and found it was supplied with incorrect parts. Collected, and redelivered where I noticed more faults. Locking nut on the base was either faulty or put on the wrong way round. It was the one threaded through the cable, so the only way to fix it would be to cut the cable apart. It was also supplied with a European plug, useless for use in the UK unless I went out and bought an adapter which I wasn't prepared to do. The only good things about my purchase are the things I've been told not to mention. Otherwise poor product and shocking quality assurance. How it was delivered to a customer with so many issues is shameful. The lamp itself - even if the parts were correct was an absolute pain to put together because of the way the cable had been threaded through the base and pole. In the process the base got scratched very easily and tarnished the aesthetics. Never had an issue with any lamp I have ever bought, except this one. Will never buy a product from any company or retailer associated with these lamps again as it's simply not worth the hassle and time it wasted. Bought a lamp for £5 from Homebase and had 0 problems with it. This one cost £102 and had multiple faults.”
