“Does what it says on the box ! I love the light delicate aroma and great value for money . I have 8 showtype English springer spaniels and this is perfect for bedding, carpets and air freshening. “We love this product! We have 5 small dogs (one of whom is elderly & incontinent of urine) & 2 very territorial oriental cats. And as much as I love my furry family, I don't like the odours that can arise as a result! Bio one smells great, removes the odour and can be used on everything. It has become our number-one spray cleaner for everything from pet accidents to cleaning work services. Being a concentrate that you dilute means it ticks our eco friendly box too. Great customer service too!”

“Whether it was our cat, having a ‘bathroom accident’ or a visiting tom, we don’t know, but the smell was horrible. I sent off for this product and it arrived quickly enough to be a tremendous help. It wiped out the smell immediately. I will use it around the dog beds to freshen them up, and handy to have in case there are more cat faux pas.”

“One of my cats got in a fight with a neighbour's cat who visits our garden and has since started to scent mark by the front door as well as peeing outside her litter tray. I have tried so many different products that claim to neutralise the terrible smell, but nothing worked. When I came across Bio One in my Google searches I thought to give it a try on the basis of "What have I got to loose ".I have to say so far I am impressed as it seems to work. Whilst I don't trust my cat to stop her bad habits. just yet, at least I have now got a product that gets rid of the smell.”

Hi Lynne Thanks so much for taking the time to leave feedback. When dealing with little wee and poop accidents on a carpet it is really important to make sure that you; 1. mix the concentrate to the correct formulation (to ensure the enzymes are in the right concentration to wake up and start multiplying), 2. clean up any hard matter or blot the area of excess urine first, and then if it is carpet then make sure you really saturate the area (you want the enzymes to get down into not only the fibres, but also the underlay of the carpet, this generally is where the problem lies, and where you need the enzymes to get into and eliminate the carbon based matter - ie urine), if it is quite a thick pile then also slightly agitate (not rub) the area to make sure the solution gets into the fibres, 3. leave it long enough to work. These are live enzymes that will digest any carbon based matter, but they need time to do that, so leave it as long as you want and also feel free to spray some more. They will keep working and digesting the poo or wee until they either dry up (they need to be damp to work) or all the carbon based matter is gone.
