“This is brilliant. We had a second rescue cat which led to lots of peeing from both cats as they asserted themselves. Bio one cut down the need to wash everything as we used it on bedding and cushions to good effect. Really like the smell - fresh and citrusy rather than the usual cloying sweet smells of cleaning products.”

“This does not work. I had a cat from the neighbourhood come into my house and spray in certain spots so my cat decided to urinate in those spots after. I tried everything and then came across this, followed the instructions and ended up using all 3 of them in one place over the course of 3 days, kept the place moist but it didn’t do a single thing. So disappointed.”

We are so sorry to hear that Bio One hasn't worked for you...we would really love to find out a little bit more information from you to get to the bottom of why our product hasn't worked for you. Bio One has been designed exactly for this kind of problem so its important ot work out where the issue is... below are some key points to consider when using Bio One : - It's really important to make sure that the solution has been mixed with water to the correct ratio stated on the packaging label - To make sure the solution is left on the affected area to sit and soak through for around 5-15 minutes depending on the level of how strong the odour is - Bio One will not work if its sprayed on top of other products e.g. bleach or other harsh chemical solutions - this kills the enzymes and stops Bio One from working We are here to help so if its ok we are going to send you over an email to discuss this further. “Trying Bio One pet odour for the first time I am delighted to say how pleased I am that it got rid of smells that were troubling me such as cat urine accidents. The rest of the house smells lovely too after wiping down the surfaces all around . I shall be buying mire if the cleaner on subscription soon.”

“Tried many other enzyme solutions for my Savannah girl but nothing helped until I discovered bio one. She's much calmer and much less vocal since I've been using it. I've ordered more because it makes your house smell so fresh after stink of cat pee. Would definitely recommend this product.”

“Had tried lots of products to remove odour of cat pee but none worked until tried this, even got rid of smell where pee had got down the edges of carpet, also good to spray on litter tray to get rid of smell. Each sachet only makes a small amount of spray which I didn't think to look at when I bought it but a little goes a long way as is so effective”
