“I now have two of these. I’ve had a problem in the past with siting feeders in an exposed site where driving rain can clog the contents and stop the flow of sunflower hearts. The Big Easy feeders have a broad exit towards the feeding port which so far has stopped this happening: no doubt the unusual through-ventilation is also helping. And yes, these feeders are very easy to dismantle and clean.”

“Very nicely made and easy to clean. If hordes of starlings are an issue for you there may be a problem - the front-to-back dimension of the ring perches is slightly longer than in most other feeders (Droll Yankee Onyx, for example) so the starlings can perch instead of hanging on and flapping.”
