“The gate actuators as advertised on the website were not the ones provided. We had to do additional work to the mounting plates to be able to fit the ones sent. After installing the kit, the electrician encountered a daily code which he contacted Arden Gates for guidance on how to remedy. Arden Gates passed him onto a manufacturers helpline which only rings out to voicemail. After many calls and now two weeks later the gates are still not working. Poor website information in the first instance and very poor after market help and support have let Arden Gates down.”
