Very disappointing. Even after you've paid for the product you still have to pay over $100 a year to use the product. Its like buying a house and then having to pay rent to stay in the same house.

I just received the sensor kit. Very easy to install. I would give it initial 5 stars but the putter sensor has a terrible fit on my Strokelab One putter with a standard pistol grip. The same goes for my Ping putter with a pistol grip. The sensor is too large, not centered when attached and sticks out on 3 sides. Just on the look, it is almost a NO-GO in my eyes if you have invested in a good looking golf set. Also, as the putter sensor sticks out, it catches on other clubs and the bag when taking it out from the bag. Please relaunch the pistol shaped sensor!

I had another sensor fail today. This is the 3rd sensor to fail in the past 5 days. I am NOT HAPPY with your product. If you review our previous emails you will find that I was concerned about the time period of these failures. I am wondering when I tee it up tomorrow what can I expect. I got the 2 sensors today so I will pair them up but I am still short a sensor after the failure of the sensor today. I am spending more time replacing sensors and sending emails to actually enjoy a round of golf. This is not what I expected when I made my purchase. I purchased these sensors less than 60 days. Look at my previous emails for purchase date and invoice.

Our sensors are guaranteed for 2-years so should they fail within this time frame we would be happy to replace these free of charge. Sensors work great and are very good at keeping scores tracked. Only feedback is: 1. They fall out of the clubs and I’ve had to replace 6 of them already 2. You can’t use bluetooth with your phone when the app is running 3. The app continues to always use your location in the background, draining your battery unless you remember to switch the setting after your round Overall very revolutionary product that I would recommend to anyone, just hoping the issues (#2 and #3 above) can be resolved with further updates of the app.

Hi Doug, Thanks for leaving us a review and it is good to hear that you are enjoying the product. To help secure the sensors, some users use electrical tape or alternatively, you could upgrade to our Smart Grips where the sensors are embedded in the grip. We understand the issues with not being able to use Bluetooth devices whilst using the phone to shot track. Fortunately, if you shot track with the Apple Watch or Arccos Caddie Link, you will be able to use bluetooth devices with your phone, so this is an option. Unfortunately, we require the app to be continuously used in the background in order for us to track the locations of your shots. Like you said, you can turn this on/off before/after your round but the app will stop running after you have ended the round so it should not drain your. battery. I am currently looking at getting this product but had a few questions before I do so. After the 1 year free subscription that comes with the product after buying it, will the product still work if I cancel the ongoing subscription? And if so what features will I still be able to use with the sensors and app?
