“I've been using the grips since the beginning of this season. Overall the experience has been great. It does miss an occasional short chip shot so I keep an eye on my score during my round. Also, I do use a paper scorecard to make sure they match at the end of my round. It's great to be able to see all the data about your round and clubs. I just ordered the Link to try because I'd like to leave my phone in my golf back. Marking the pin location and putts is a little intrusive. Hopefully the Link will be easier and more accurate.”

“Long time user of the Arccos Gen 1; the Golf Pride MCC Smart Grips are the perfect evolution of the product. The product took a while to arrive, but was absolutely worth the wait. (Shout out to Arccos Support! They were very patient and communicative) I didn't really think that the tags were in my way, but having them integrated is pretty great. The grips themselves are awesome. I hadn't played these particular grips from Golf Pride, but the quality is what you would expect from them - very comfortable, not overly soft, but not super rigid. I like the feel of these over my previous grips (GP Tour Wrap). Just realized that the rest of this review is about Arccos, not the grips. If you are an Arccos user, and are looking for a reason to buy the grips... the below may not be for you :) The ability to go back in time and relive playing is one of the most fun aspects of this tool. Of course, the best reason to use Arccos is the data. Having on-course data at my fingertips is wonderful (knowing what distances my irons actually go, vs. how far I think I can hit them keeps the ego in check and helps me play in reality :) ). One concern that I have read from individuals reluctant to try Arccos is that they do not want to "be on my phone" during a round of golf. To the contrary, as I do not need to write down GIR, putts per hole, etc., I spend more time enjoying the the game.”
