“It’s very beautiful but the photos aren’t an accurate representation of the wood colour. Mine is much darker, more like a varnished oak. Unfortunately it was opened and installed by tradesmen before I got to see it. Whilst it’s beautiful & very high quality it doesn’t go with the light wood flooring in the way I thought it would. I did order a sample but it never arrived. I would still have bought this product, but in a different colour.”

Good morning, Leigh. Thanks so much for your review - we really appreciate it and value customer feedback to enable us to improve. Your concerns have been forwarded to the relevant teams. We’re sorry the colour of your vanity unit doesn’t quite meet your expectations and you didn’t receive your sample. As our smoked oak finish is a natural oak material, slight variations in colour can happen to some degree, and also the lighting of the room can impact how this is perceived. We’re in the process of adding more imagery to our website and social media platforms so customers can see these units in different settings. We were hit with supply issues of our smoked oak samples throughout April and May so we apologise you didn’t receive yours. These issues have now been resolved.
