“Product is good and competitively priced but the main reason I ordered from this particular company is that they advertised quick delivery (Royal Mail 48 hour service). But instead of the item arriving on the Saturday as described in the listing, it didn't arrive till the Wednesday! When I contacted the company they basically said that this was down to Royal Mail not them. Fine - but they could have acknowledged my concern and then raised a complaint with Royal Mail. Not a good service, is it.”
