“We purchased a Laguna 12000 second hand but after cleaning in out couldn't refit the lid as it was catching on the O-ring seal which we now know had stretched. We sent for a new seal which we received, brand new, well packed and virtually by return of post. Very pleased, excellent service, thank you.”
