Mist maker with 12 LEDs used to produce mist effect. The LEDS cycle through: Red; Red/Yellow; White/Blue; Blue/Red; These misters operate on a safe 24V system from a plug in mains adaptor. They have a low water level sensor to switch the unit off if the water level goes too low. The water is not heated and the mist is at the same temperature as the water in the bowl. Ideal for making mists in reptile environments, or for Halloween effects in witches cauldrons. The mist is produced by an ultrasonic vibrating plate.

“Not really much use as if you put it do deep in water it dies not produce must if you have it shallow it throws the water all over the place and runs out in no time at all ... So yes it does produces mist but not really suitable for putting in a vivarium I'd say it's more of a party show piece rather than any use in a vivarium”
