Unfortunately when our adjustable tray table arrived, it was badly damaged so we phoned straight away and the Aqua supplies company said, without any quibble and with a courteous, pleasant attitude, that they would send a replacement tray table which they must have done immediately because the tray arrived the very next day in different, more robust packing! We would certainly recommend this company for their excellent customer service and we would like to thank the member of staff that dealt with our situation.”
