I followed all the instructions, cleaned the hot tub with spa marvel cleanser, cleaned filters with spa marvel filter cleaner and these products were not cheap and expected that I would have a great water system in place. The other reviews etc said that the enzymes would clean water efficiently without the need for too many chemicals, however I have found that I have needed to use lots of bromine granules like before because if you don't then you end up with cloudy, mirky and smelly water. I am very, very disppointed :-(”
