“Hot tub cover is of excellent quality and came in robust packaging. Delivery service was excellent by courier and placed cover in a secure area during my absence 10/10 to you guys.
One small snag was with the securing straps on the cover, in that when you screw buckles to the H/T there is then enadequate room for the clip to be secured. Even tried the flatest of screws but still no joy, If the manufacturer can offer a solution to my dilemma will happily give 5 stars.”
