“The plant is ok, less impressive that expected, and it would have been better to have had some care instructions enclosed. Also the pot looks small not allowing space for growth of the root system meaning that it may need repotting quite soon. Hence the 2 stars. I feel compelled to highlight avoidable issues in delivery as your system did not accept delivery to my G62 postcode, so I was obliged to have it delivered to an alternative address in England and make separate arrangements with a family member there to bring it to Scotland. Aside from that, this was one of 3 items ordered using credit from the refund of a previous order of which one of the items, a flower bouquet, failed to last as long as it should. While we have had the benefit of the credit, we’d prefer not to had the hassle of complaining, not only about the first order but also due to delivery problems with two of the 3 later items. So, sad to say, with complaints not only about the first order but also about the subsequent ones, I will be unlikely to order from you again.”

“This was a gift to my son and family on moving house . They were very pleased with it, but as I haven't seen it myself, I can't tell you any more.”
