“flowers lovely on arrival but only lasted 4 days despite following care instructions. Very disappointed. I rang to complain and no possibility of speaking to an agent spoke to chat who said I would get a call back and I did not . very very disappointed”

“I ordered this bouquet for my mum in the lux size, it arrived on time but the flowers were not as pictured. Instead of lovely peach colour roses I received standard pink roses that only lasted 3 days! The rest of the flowers died less than a week after arriving as well. Appleyard did send another complementary bouquet, second time looking much more fresh and beautiful but it's a shame they didn't get it right the first time round!”
