“A huge, huge thank you to your Appleyard online chat correspondent who absolutely made Christmas for me by helping with a delivery issue where the delivery company were proving to be less than helpful after being unable to find the delivery address. After contacting Appleyard, the flowers were eventually safely delivered on Christmas Eve. I cannot thank you enough as it meant so much for the flowers to arrive before Christmas. The bouquet was beautiful (as ever) and so gratefully received. Such a wonderfully helpful and understanding service and one which really delivered when it mattered! First rate flowers and customer service. Totally recommend.”

“Absolutely appalling gift. Mother in law sent me a photo of what she was actually sent - I cringed ☹️. Very sparse bouquet and looked nothing like the picture. Not good for £35 spent. Won’t be using this company again.”

“My mother-in-law called her flowers "superb". She was absolutely thrilled by them and that means a lot to her family as we are having to be across the Atlantic and won't be back home for her birthday or Christmas. Thank you Appleyard. Once again you have knocked it out of the park!”
