“I was really disappointed that these flowers came without a note - the friend I sent them to didn't know they were from me, and it really spoilt the gesture. I'm presuming the note was forgotten.”

“Bought it for my grandmother's birthday a year ago and Appleyard emailed me recently with a discount code if I wanted to buy the bouquet again! It was a brilliant idea as I'm currently nowhere near my grandmother to give her a gift personally so the delivery was perfect. My grandmother loved it last year and loved it again this year!”
