“Looked lovely on arrival (although some were already drooping) but only lasted 2 days. Glad I got these with a discount. Wouldn't pay full price. The truffles were lovely though.”

“Flowers were delivered in an appalling condition. stems snapped, flowers damaged, foliage battered like they had been thrown around. Plus the flowers were clearly not fresh. No apology when I contacted customer service, they initially offered a replacement which was pointless as would arrive after mother’s say. Got a refund but that hardly rectifies ruining mother’s day for my mum. Will not be using again.”
