I ordered the Mum's Rose & Stocks bouquet for mothers day. The flowers arrived late in the evening of Saturday 21st March but by Tuesday 24th March the stocks were dead and had to be thrown away. The roses by this time were very badly wilted and had to be thrown away on Thursday 27th March. I could, and have, had better flowers from the supermarket. These were expensive and should have lasted longer in addition to the disappointment to my mum. Very disappointing and I hope that someone from your customer services department gets in touch with me please.

Flowers were fresh and a beautiful combination. I was surprised how quickly they arrived from London to N.Ireland.

The flowers arrived without any flower food, there were four roses in a £30 bouquet, plus £6 postage. Although my mum said they were a pretty colour I was very disappointed with the size of the bunch she received (not sure you could call it a bunch), and then on day two she called to say the flowers were dying/ some were dead. Very embarrassing Mother’s Day gift! I got a refund thankfully but no explanation of why a £30 bunch of flowers was so small and such poor quality.

My mum adored them. I didn't see them but she says they are unusual and sitting proudly on the dinner table.
