“Sometimes flowers are a little tired on arrival. I recently ordered a bouquet for s Golden wedding and whilst nice they did not resemble the picture. Also there should be a line for the recipients phone number ( if known) so contact can be made rather than DPD leaving them with another flat owner ( as happened with a bouquet I sent last year) .”
