“The quality was first rate, best I have seen. Packaging was excellent. The contents were very well protected and it was designed to keep them fresh until you opened them. They kept well for over a week.”

“Flowers arrived with recipient on stated day. I haven't seen the flowers, therefore cannot comment on them but I was told they were beautiful.”

“Well these arrived on Valentine's day for my Girlfriend. at 1st they looked quite good but something looked a little out of place. I had paid for the extra large bunch and when I counted them I had only received 1 extra flower. So the next day I rang and complained and the gentleman on the other side was very apologetic. They said they would send our a bunch that I would definitely be happy with. To their credit the flowers arrived within 2 days with a vase and chocolates again. They had resent the complete order. My girlfriend and I were very delighted to see that they turned out how they should have the 1st time around. They definitely made up for the mistake and then some. The flowers were beautiful and we'll worth every penny.”
