“I’ve placed several orders with Appleyard before and they’ve been really good but this was by far the most disappointing flowers received from them. It looked like it was put together in 5 minutes flat and despite following the feeding and watering instructions the flowers started dying on day 2. I tried to improve it but on day 4 I was left with flowers barely holding on to life so I had to bin the whole lot. It’s a shame because it was a birthday present for my other half but the quality was poor and it genuinely looked like it was an afterthought. It was not the Appleyard quality I’m used to. I must admit I will probably think twice before ordering this one again. Flowers from Waitrose has lasted longer at a fraction of the cost.”

“I’ve tried to get a hold of you several times by chat, phone and email. My flowers were never delivered to my wife. It was our first anniversary and I won’t get that back. I’ve ordered from you several times and never had an issue before. I would like a refund.”
