“Bouquet a bit smaller than expected. Flowers at mixed stages - peach roses almost finished, only 2 red berry & one red alstromeria past best. Lilies still in tight bud 4 days later, so vase will never look full as lilies will be ready when other flowers are thrown out. Disappointing for a Christmas bouquet, and we are normally very pleased. Also, not sure if due to instructions on your website but when flowers were delivered, they were simply left in “safe place” - doorbell not rung. I was tracking delivery so knew they were there, otherwise they would have stayed overnight in a communal area. When I ticked “safe place” that was in case if no answer to doorbell. I didn’t want them left there by default.”
