“Extremely pleased with the Christmas floral arrangement entitled Festive Forest although I did feel the price was a little extreme and was disappointed to have to 'chase down' a discount following a previous order whose code should have been automatically accepted. Instead I had to go through your helpline (Millie) before having a generous 25% apologetic discount applied instead. I have no qualms regarding your flowers. They are always fresh, long lasting, beautifully presented and look stunning. However, your administration and application of promised discounts from 5% upwards either should come with an expiry date, or be automatically usable throughout the year.”
