“As appleyard won’t stop sending me emails requesting a review - here it is. They delivered the wrong flowers and card to my wife on Valentine’s Day. My name is Tommy and the card that was delivered was clearly for Billy’s partner. So sorry Billy if your partner ended up with my wife’s card instead... After trying to contact appleyard over the phone I gave up as they kept hanging up on me due to not having enough agents. So I went to the chat and made an agreement with them. I requested an email confirmation which was never sent or received... would never recommend appleyard to anyone!”

“Ordered these for my best friends birthday and they arrived on time as promised. I chose the option that sends updates to the recipient, it didn’t reveal what the gift or package was but it helped build suspense which is what I wanted. The roses look beautiful! Arrived last Saturday and they are still as fresh 5 days later. Recipient is very happy so I’ll defo order from here again! It is a tad expensive when delivery is included but most online florist charge the same or more.”
