“The roses themselves were beautiful. However I was disappointed with the delivery. When I ordered online the delivery details mentioned that it would be delivered between 9 and 5pm. My fiancee for whom I was getting these for only works between those hours so I thought it would be perfect. On the day of delivery, the email then told me my flowers would be delivered before 9pm. Eventually the flowers got delivered at 5.35pm, which meant I most importantly I had to ruin the surprise for my fiancee and she had to remain at work for longer than she should have. I understand it was a busy day of deliveries but it should not have mentioned on the website that it would be done by 5pm.”
