“The flowers came and were beautiful for a few days, but then the sunflowers suddenly died. The Appleyard team were very sincere in apologising and kindly refunded me for the flowers quickly and competently. 5* service.”

“The flowers died on arrival. It was my mother’s 72 birthday and she was thoroughly disappointed. Apparently she tried to call your customer service but nobody ever answered. She did not explain this to me until weeks later because she felt bad for me that my gift to her was such a disappointment.”
