“Flowers arrived lovely and well packed however, the process of ordering was very frustrating. After purchasing I received no confirmation email and was advised I would receive information about tracking also via email which again was not received so had to spend a lot of time on the online live chat to receive any sort of confirmation that the order had even gone through. Great flowers but put off ordering again due to the hassle.”

“This bouquet of roses are too die for! Absolutely gorgeous. It was my first purchase with Appleyard and I purchased from the U.S. I looked over several websites, but none of them quite lived up to my expectations. When I came across the Appleyard of London website, I was instantly pulled in by the photos. They did not disappoint! I had never seen a bouquet so lovely as "The Goddess." I paid a bit extra and upgraded to the "luxe" as well. A fantastic job was done from the purchase, to keeping me in the loop for delivery, and a final email to say they had been delivered. Appleyard of London just blew me away with attention to detail and freshness of the roses. Truly a wonderful experience!!”

“Very good hand tied bunch of flowers, they looked beautiful and arrived exactly on time with premium delivery. My only qualms are that they are not kept in a little water but instead are wrapped in a wet towel so if the recipient isn't around to collect them in the day, they tend to wither a little and whilst trying to put them in a vase, I was pricked on the finger twice by some thorns. I'd have expected them to be removed fully. Other than that the flowers themselves were lovely, I bought the lux bouquet and they were quite large. The roses are of good quality.”
