“The flowers were never received and I have had no response my from calls/ emails/ live chat. I am now going to pursue getting a refund via my credit card company. Appalling customer service and the company must have disappointed many many People on Valentine’s Day. This is the second time in 2 orders with yourselves that the flowers have not been delivered. I will not be using this company again.”

“I chose the larger bouquet and was a little surprised to se the size was still relatively small for nearly £60. I expected a larger arrangement and it did not look exactly like the flowers in the picture but we’re okay.”
