Chose this bouquet as it was for a lady with poor eyesight and I thought the scent would be lovely for her. Sadly, although the flowers were attractive, there was hardly any lavender to speak of and absolutely no scent. So disappointing from that perspective...

I placed an order online on a Saturday afternoon for delivery on Monday. Within 10 minutes of placing the order, I discovered that the recipient was not going to be home as she was out of the country. I could not call anyone to cancel the order. The only option was to submit a web contact form. This was not looked at until 9am on Monday by which time the order could not be cancelled. £70 for a bunch of flower that rotted on a door step. Very poor customer service!!

I am writing this review some months after receiving the flowers; which were delivered very promptly despite me ordering them last minute for a mother’s day present to an address in Northern Ireland - at the time I was very impressed with the service ; however imagine my disappointment when I went to place an order for my mothers birthday on 27th June, some two weeks away, to the same address only to be told that they no longer deliver to that specific address in Northern Ireland any longer - the companies reply when I asked them why they explained they are now governed by what their website allows - “we only deliver to certain areas in Northern Ireland, if the website allows the postcode then we deliver, if not then we do not” was the response from their help team : I fail to understand what has happened in the past 3 months that has put my mothers address on their websites ‘blacklist’ - poor show from what I thought to be a very good company
