“It is now the 28/12/16 and I ordered the flowers on the 15/12/16 and they still haven't arrived! I have been trying to phone and email and still have had no response, Still holding on the phone 55 minutes later. I had an email to say the flowers had been dispatched but they still haven't arrived and there was no tracking number provided. The delivery company have also been un-contactable. So, so disappointed. Allround rubbish experience for Appleyard flowers.”
