“Arrived in good time. However, I was disappointed by the number of flowers in the arrangement, especially as I paid for the large size. Heaven only knows what the size of the regular arrangement would be!”

“This was a stunning bouquet which I purchased for my mother in law. She was delighted with them, full of flowers with just a hint of foliage to compliment. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Appleyard and I cannot imagine I would buy from anywhere else now. The service is fantastic and I know when I buy I can guarantee that the quality will always be exceptional.”

“4 star - the service is good but I was disappointed for a few reasons, 3 star felt too harsh. The bluebell flowers had already started shredding his their flowers. I paid for the flowers and delivery, I did not pay for (and was not aware that you insert) pamphlets and flyers. Have an option to opt out and hey add an extra 2£ fee on or something! The small note was not seen until the recipient was made aware of it and went digging among pamphlets and flyers”
