“Although the agapanthus were unable to be part of the arrangement I was told both by email and message the day before. Chocolates and vase were included with the order as an apology and the recipient was thrilled with flowers and was not aware order had been tweaked. A week later she sent me a photo as flowers had started to open. She said she had been notified about delivery on day and they were well packed.”
