“On the positive side the box was great, the flowers arrived on time for my wife's birthday and the firm has a satisfaction guarantee. I don't like giving bad reviews but this was honestly the worst bunch I have ever bought. The roses started to wilt after two days and only one of the lily buds actually opened. The bunches that my children bought for my wife from Sainsbury's were ten times better and made mine look like the poor relation. It's a shame.”
