“Lovely flowers but my instructions are always ignored. I specifically say to knock and not leave the flowers in a so called safe place. It’s a shame as the products are good but why pay a premium price if you get cowboys delivering. I may as well walk two mins up the road to the florist.”

“Beautiful plant well received .. No card or message inside box ! Not good for recipient who is very ill . Why was there NO PERSONAL MESSAGE BOX to be found anywhere on that day of ordering ? Also a card with Birthday Occasion was to be included & there was no card or information of sender Inside the box .This has never happened before on.any of my orders ,lt was a special gift for a very sick person . L am very upset for the anxiety it caused . CJ.Allan .”
