“Flowers perfect Delivery not in time scale given Having received a text saying the flowers had been delivered just before 6.0’clock I rang my daughter , that then spoiled the suprise. The flowers arrived around 10 that evening after they had gone out, so they didn’t receive them from the concierge un till the next morning! Which in truth I think is unacceptable. On saying the above I have to say the standard of the flowers was excellent, that is why I didn’t complain!”
